Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

Delivery timelines:

• Digital products: Instant delivery
• POD products: Up to 7 working days
• Organic products: Varies depending on location and availability

We currently only deliver in Namibia. We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 7 working days, subject to payment clearance and address verification. You should receive your order within 1 or 2 days of business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

NamPixelMint Studio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

NamPixelMint is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from late delivery or non-delivery. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your order is delivered to the address, in perfect condition and within the shortest possible time. You can track your order by using the tracking number in your confirmation email

Returns

Digital Products

• All digital sales are final. No refunds or exchanges once delivered.

Print-on-Demand Products

• Returns or replacements are only accepted if:
  • You show us the unboxing video
  • The item is defective.
  • The incorrect item was delivered.
• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos and order details.

Organic Products

• You show us the unboxing video
• Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
• Opened or used organic products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.
