If a pricing error occurs on a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

Digital Products

• All digital products are delivered instantly once payment is confirmed.
• Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.
• You may not resell, distribute, share, or reproduce our digital products unless expressly permitted in writing.
• No physical shipment is involved for our digital products. Digital products are sold to both local and international customer base.

Print-on-Demand (POD) Products

• POD items are custom-made once an order is placed.
• Delivery timelines are up to 7 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Because these items are custom-produced, returns and refunds are limited (see Section 9).
• Our POD products are fulfilled through local printing partners in Namibia and delivered to customers using local courier and logistics service providers. POD sales are limited to the local Namibian market to ensure reliable production, delivery timelines, and quality control.

Organic Products

• Organic products are subject to availability.
• Delivery times may vary based on stock and location.
• Results may vary from person to person; we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Pricing

• All prices listed on our website exclude VAT.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Special Offers and Promotions

• Special offers, discounts, or promotions may be available from time to time.
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate any special offer at any time without notice.

Payments

• Please ensure to make your full payment after placing your order through the different payment platforms provided upon checkout.
• We currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments.
• We do not accept cheques or direct bank deposits as a method of payment at this time.
• Orders will only be processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

• We notice an error on the product or price;
• No proof of payment received within 24 hours of purchase;
• We are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
